With the Nexus 7 already out, the Kindle Fire is ready to launch its second iteration. It is proclaiming to be much better than the "meh" first version. Things that it definitely needs to have are:
Higher resolution screen
Front facing camera
16GB storage variant
Faster video processor
More than 512MB RAM
If it doesn't meet at least three of these, people will continue to buy the Nexus 7 for $199/249.
But then there is the mysterious iPad Mini that is apparently going to come out...oooo ahhhh.
