This is a big legal win for the industry. Its sad that this much money had to be spent in order to defend such a ridiculous case in the first place. The issue with the video games, was around minors getting access to Mature rated games. That is regulated just as much as movie theaters regulate people who see R rated movies. The last paragraph in the article is awesome.
