This is just awesome news. I'm sure that plenty of people have been waiting for this. I am still on the fence myself as to which tablet device I will get next year. I'm pretty sure that its not going to be an iOS product. I'm a fan of Android and I like what Google has done with the Nexus tablets. I may get a 7 inch one just to make it easier to carry around outside of the house. I still want to get a Galaxy Nexus. Yes, I know its old, but its got LTE and its not a bad phone. Minus the crappy camera.
With Google selling these devices on their website and at select retailers, its tough to say how well these will sell in the holiday season. But things seem to have gone ok with the selling of the 7 inch device back in June.
