Well, when your company only really has three games that they are marketing (Wow, Starcraft, Diablo), I guess you don't need a lot of other people. Most likely these are probably Marketing, HR, Finance people. They are hiring more developers, which would make sense since they are launching that Project Titan either this year or in 2013.
